All content, methodologies, and materials provided by Pevwecsehav are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pevwecsehav services are provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
5. Confidentiality
Client information and regulatory data shared with Pevwecsehav are treated with strict confidentiality and comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and GDPR standards where applicable.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain in effect, and confidentiality obligations persist indefinitely.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of Malaysia and jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and PDPA. We collect only necessary information, maintain secure storage, and respect data subject rights including access, correction, and deletion requests.
9. Amendments
